Each insurer issuing a multi-peril policy shall provide the policyholder with a written statement separately stating the premiums and the amounts of insurance or limits of liability for fire and allied lines, inland marine, general liability, crime and each optional coverage, and shall state all pertinent rating factors including classifications, premium basis and rates used in the computation of the final premium. This section shall not apply to homeowners policies.
