There is established a commission whose function is to plan and select works of art for memorials to the veterans of the Korean and Vietnam conflicts as well as to select a site for the memorials. The commission shall be composed of nine members appointed by the governor, and shall include veterans from these conflicts; of the nine members, three shall be selected from a list of persons nominated by the speaker of the house of representatives, and three shall be selected from a list of persons nominated by the senate president. Confirmation of commission members shall not be required.
