The department of labor and industrial relations may make such agreements or contracts as are approved by the governor with any county, city, state, territory, association, society, or person for the purpose of sharing occupational and education information used for career choice and job search purposes. The general fund appropriation shall include the projected income for the terms and conditions of the resulting agreements or contracts for the purposes set forth herein. All moneys received for the sharing of occupational and educational information shall be deposited into the state general fund.
