The Hawaii career information delivery system shall be a part of the Hawaii occupational information system. It shall develop and deliver occupational and educational information used for career choice and job search purposes. The information used in the Hawaii career information delivery system shall be obtained primarily from the Hawaii occupational information system and shall be available to all regions and people of the State. Career information shall be delivered to meet customer needs through schools, training sites, employment service offices, and social service offices but shall not be restricted to these customer sites.
