Contracts for the procurement of instructional materials shall include a provision whereby the State has the right to transcribe and reproduce the material in braille, large print, recordings, or other media for the use of physically-disabled students, including the visually impaired, unable to use the material in conventional print and form. Such right shall include the right to make those corrections, revisions, and other modifications as may be necessary.
