Georgia Code Title 7. Banking and Finance § 7-3-48

(a) Except in the case of malice, fraud, or bad faith, no person shall be subject to civil liability arising out of furnishing the department with information required pursuant to this chapter. No civil cause of action of any nature shall arise against such person:

(b) Neither the department nor its employees or agents shall be subject to civil liability, and no civil cause of action of any nature shall exist against the department or its employees or agents arising out of the performance of activities or duties pursuant to this chapter or by publication of any report of activities under this Code section.
