The words “Roads and Revenues” are stricken from the official names of all of the governing authorities of the counties of this state, so that the official names of the governing authorities of the counties will be changed from “Board of Commissioners of Roads and Revenues of _____ County” and from the “Commissioner of Roads and Revenue of _____ County” to “Board of Commissioners of _____ County” and “Commissioner of _____ County,” respectively.
