Florida Statutes Title XXXV. Agriculture, Horticulture, and Animal Industry § 593.104. Entry of premises; eradication activities; inspections

The department may enter any cotton field or premise in order to carry out eradication and inspection activities as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of ss. 593.101-593.117. The department may inspect any field, premise, or item of equipment in this state for the purpose of determining whether any plant, property, or equipment is infested with the boll weevil.
