If the mandate of an arbitrator terminates pursuant to s. 684.0014 or s. 684.0015 or because of his or her withdrawal from office for any other reason or because of the revocation of the mandate by agreement of the parties or in any other case of termination of the mandate, a substitute arbitrator shall be appointed pursuant to the rules that applied to the appointment of the arbitrator being replaced.
