All expenses incurred in the enforcement of this chapter and other inspection laws of this state for which fees are collected, including acquiring equipment and other property, shall be paid from the General Inspection Trust Fund. No money shall be paid to any inspector or employee created under this chapter except from the funds collected from the administration of this chapter.
