Florida Statutes Title XXXIII. Regulation of Trade, Commerce, Investments, and Solicitations § 501.921. Standards

The department's rules for standards, definitions, and test procedures for antifreeze may encompass those specified by ASTM International. The department may adopt any other specification it considers appropriate to protect consumers from questionable formulations of antifreeze.
