Florida Statutes Title XXXIII. Regulation of Trade, Commerce, Investments, and Solicitations § 501.917. Inspection by department; sampling and analysis

The department has the right to have access at reasonable hours to all places and property where antifreeze is stored, distributed, or offered or intended to be offered for sale, including the right to inspect and examine all antifreeze and to take reasonable samples of antifreeze for analysis together with specimens of labeling. Collected samples must be analyzed by the department. The certificate of analysis by the department shall be prima facie evidence of the facts stated therein in any legal proceeding in this state.
