All fees collected for licenses and permits required by this part shall be deposited in the Professional Regulation Trust Fund, and all moneys collected under this part and deposited in the trust fund shall be used by the department in the administration of this part. The Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall maintain a separate account in the Professional Regulation Trust Fund for the Drugs, Devices, and Cosmetics program.
