Florida Statutes Title XXXII. Regulation of Professions and Occupations § 479.315. Highway rights-of-way; cost of sign removal

All cost incurred by the department in connection with the removal of a sign located within the right-of-way of the State Highway System, interstate highway system, or federal-aid primary highway system shall be assessed against and collected from the owner of the sign or the advertiser displayed on the sign.
