(1) CareerSource Florida, Inc., may create the Workforce Training Institute, which shall be a comprehensive program of workforce training courses designed to meet the unique needs of, and shall include Internet-based training modules suitable for and made available to, professionals integral to the workforce system, including advisors and counselors in educational institutions.
(2) CareerSource Florida, Inc., may enter into a contract for the provision of administrative support services for the institute and shall adopt policies for the administration and operation of the institute and establish admission fees in an amount which, in the aggregate, does not exceed the cost of the program. CareerSource Florida, Inc., may accept donations or grants of any type for any function or purpose of the institute.
(3) All moneys, fees, donations, or grants collected by CareerSource Florida, Inc., under this section shall be applied to cover all costs incurred in establishing and conducting the workforce training programs authorized under this section, including, but not limited to, salaries for instructors and costs of materials connected to such programs.
