Florida Statutes Title XXX. Social Welfare § 413.401. Eligibility for independent living services

Independent living services may be provided to any person who has a significant disability and for whom a reasonable expectation exists that independent living services will significantly assist the individual to improve her or his ability to function independently within the family or community, or to engage in or continue in employment, and to be able to function independently.
