Florida Statutes Title XXVIII. Natural Resources; Conservation, Reclamation, and Use § 377.10. Certain persons not to be employed by division

No person in the employ of, or holding any official connection or position with any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association of any kind, engaged in the business of buying or selling mineral leases, drilling wells in the search of oil or gas, producing, transporting, refining, or distributing oil or gas shall hold any position under, or be employed by, the Division of Resource Management in the prosecution of its duties under this law.
