Florida Statutes Title XXVI. Public Transportation § 348.0317. Pledges enforceable by bondholders

It is the express intention of this part that any pledge by the department of rates, fees, revenues, county gasoline tax funds, or other funds, as rentals, to the agency, or any covenants or agreements relative thereto, may be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction against the agency or directly against the department by any holder of bonds issued by the agency.
