(1) The Grants and Donations Trust Fund is administered by the Department of Environmental Protection. The fund is intended to serve as the depository for grants and funds to be used for allowable grant or donor agreement activities funded by restricted contractual revenue from private and public nonfederal sources.
(2) The department may transfer all outstanding appropriations supported by federal grants to the Federal Grants Trust Fund. This subsection expires July 1, 2016.
