In accordance with s. 408.805, an applicant or licensee shall pay a fee for each license application submitted under this part, part II of chapter 408, and applicable rules. The amount of the fee shall be established by rule. The license fee required of a facility licensed under this part shall be established by rule at the rate of not less than $9.50 per hospital bed, nor more than $30 per hospital bed, except that the minimum license fee shall be $1,500.
