The department may apply for and accept any funds, grants, gifts, or services made available to it by any agency or department of the Federal Government or any other agency or private individual in aid of any present or future health program undertaken, maintained, or proposed. All moneys received under the provision of this section shall be deposited in the State Treasury and shall be disbursed in the same manner as other funds of the department.
