Florida Statutes Title XXIII. Motor Vehicles § 322.65. Driver license record exchange

The department shall enter into agreements for the exchange of driver license records with other jurisdictions and with clearinghouses established for such purposes, such as the Commercial Driver's License Information System or the National Driver Register.
