Florida Statutes Title XXIII. Motor Vehicles § 320.08047. Voluntary contribution for organ and tissue donor education

As a part of the collection process for license taxes as specified in s. 320.08, individuals shall be permitted to make a voluntary contribution of $1, which contribution shall be deposited into the Health Care Trust Fund for organ and tissue donor education and for maintaining the organ and tissue donor registry.
