Florida Statutes Title XVIII. Public Lands and Property § 253.7828. Impairment of use or conservation by agencies prohibited

All agencies of the state, water management districts, and local governments shall recognize the special character of the lands and waters designated by the state as the Cross Florida Greenways State Recreation and Conservation Area and shall not take any action which will impair its use and conservation.
