Florida Statutes Title XLVIII. K-20 Education Code § 1010.81. Education Working Capital Trust Fund

The Education Working Capital Trust Fund shall be administered by the Department of Education as a depository for funds received by the department's technology office, interest earnings, and cash advances from customer entities. Moneys deposited in the trust fund shall be used to fund the services provided by the department's technology office.
