Each school district and Florida College System institution shall maintain sufficient information for each student enrolled in workforce education to allow local and state administrators to locate such student upon the termination of instruction and to determine the appropriateness of student placement in specific instructional programs. The State Board of Education shall adopt, by rule, specific information that must be maintained and acceptable means of maintaining that information.
