As authorized by and consistent with funding appropriated in the General Appropriations Act, the AMIkids, Inc., program is created to provide alternatives to institutionalization or commitment for young men and women by providing services, including, but not limited to, education, behavior modification, skills development, mental health, workforce development, family functioning, and advocacy.
