Florida Statutes Title XLII. Estates and Trusts § 731.104. Verification of documents

When verification of a document is required in this code or by rule, the document filed shall include an oath or affirmation as provided in the Florida Probate Rules. Any person who willfully includes a false statement in the document shall be guilty of perjury.
