It shall be lawful for the owner or owners of any cattle or other domestic animals or the agent or agents of said owners to enter the pasture of another for the sole purpose of seeking and recovering any cattle or other domestic animals that may have strayed or broken into, or which may have been driven into, such enclosure, inadvertently or otherwise and to drive from such enclosure any cattle or other domestic animals belonging to such owners or under the control of such agent or agents so entering.
