Florida Statutes Title XIX. Public Business § 290.043. Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program; administration

There is created the Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program. The department shall administer the program as authorized and described in Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended; Pub. L. No. 93-383, as amended by Pub. L. No. 96-399 and Pub. L. No. 97-35; 42 U.S.C. ss. 5301 et seq.
