Florida Statutes Title XIX. Public Business § 288.38. Applicability of state laws and rules concerning citrus fruit and products

Any application for establishment of a foreign trade zone made pursuant hereto shall include a provision that all laws of this state and rules of the Florida Department of Citrus applicable to citrus fruit and processed citrus products shall equally apply within any foreign trade zone so established.
