Florida Statutes Title XII. Municipalities § 175.051. Actuarial deficits not state obligation

For any municipality, special fire control district, chapter plan, local law municipality, local law special fire control district, or local law plan under this chapter, actuarial deficits, if any, arising under this chapter shall not be the obligation of the state.
