Florida Statutes Title XI. County Organization and Intergovernmental Relations § 161.45. Effect of repeal of chapter 158 on districts created prior to repeal

The county erosion districts created under the provisions of chapter 158, and presently in existence shall not be affected by the repeal of chapter 158.
