Florida Statutes Title XI. County Organization and Intergovernmental Relations § 159.8105. Allocation of bonds for water and wastewater infrastructure projects

The division shall review the allocation of private activity bonds to determine the availability of additional allocation and reallocation of bonds for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
