Florida Statutes Title XI. County Organization and Intergovernmental Relations § 155.03. Duties of county commissioners

Should the board of county commissioners accept such trust, it shall administer the same until the termination of the trust; providing, however, that nothing herein shall require the board of county commissioners to expend any funds of the county in the maintenance of such hospital or the administration of such trust.
