Florida Statutes Title XI. County Organization and Intergovernmental Relations § 153.85. Conveyance of property without consideration

Any municipality or political subdivision is authorized to sell, lease, grant or convey any real or personal property to any district and any such sale, grant, lease or conveyance may be made without formal consideration.
