Each year the department shall provide each active member of the Florida Retirement System with 5 or more years of creditable service an annual statement of benefits that provides the member with basic data about the member's retirement account. At a minimum, it must include the member's retirement plan, accrued service credit, and an estimate of retirement benefits.
