Delaware Code Title 31. Welfare § 383. Notices;  Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families

<Text of section effective until enactment by 35 states and until approval of the Interstate Commission on the Placement of Children.  See also, Section 381 effective upon enactment by 35 states and upon approval of the Interstate Commission on the Placement of Children.>

The “appropriate public authorities” as used in Article III of this Compact shall, with reference to this State, mean the Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families and the Department shall receive and act with reference to notices required by Article III of this Compact.
