Delaware Code Title 16. Health and Safety § 2507A. Delaware Health Information Network

The Delaware Health Information Network (DHIN) shall maintain an electronic registry to maintain and store executed DMOST forms and make them available to emergency-care providers, health-care providers, and health-care institutions.
