District of Columbia Code Division VIII. General Laws. § 50-921.91. Reporting.

<Text of section applicable upon the date of inclusion of the fiscal effect of D.C. Law 24-335 in an approved budget and financial plan.>

By January 1, 2024, and each year thereafter, DDOT shall post information publicly on its website, and, to the extent practical, make the underlying data publicly available, regarding the implementation and administration of this title. At a minimum, the information shall include, for the preceding fiscal year, data on the Bus Service Enhancement Fund established in § 50-921.88, including:

(1) A list of services and projects receiving funding from the Bus Service Enhancement Fund, including specific funding levels if available; and

(2) Data on service or ridership changes that occurred for Bus Service Enhancement Fund funded projects.
