(a) At a date approved by the Fiscal Management Board, but no later than 30 days after the opening of the new Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center--GW Health, the United Medical Center shall cease admitting new patients.
(b) At a date approved by the Fiscal Management Board, but no later than 90 days after the opening of the new Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center--GW Health, the United Medical Center shall cease patient operations.
(c) On September 30, 2025, the Corporation shall dissolve. All of its assets (including cash, accounts receivable, reserve funds, real or personal property, and contract and other rights), positions, personnel, and records, and the unexpended balances of appropriations, allocations, and other funds available or to be made available to it, shall revert to the District.
(d) The Office of the Chief Financial Officer shall ensure that the Fiscal Year 2025 year-end audit and all other financial reporting and regulatory requirements for the Not-for-Profit Hospital Corporation are executed properly.
