District of Columbia Code Division VI. Education, Libraries, and Cultural Institutions. § 38-286. Adult day care participation.

<Text of section applicable upon the date of inclusion of the fiscal effect of D.C. Law 24-294 in an approved budget and financial plan.>

Within 180 days after the applicability date of D.C. Law 24-294, OSSE shall identify all adult day care centers in the District eligible for the CACF Program and provide outreach and technical assistance to nonparticipating centers to enroll them in the CACF Program.
