(a) The Office may conduct investigations, searches, seizures, and perform other duties authorized by this subchapter and rules issued pursuant to this subchapter.
(b) An applicant for a license and each licensee shall allow an authorized member of the Office, an ABCA investigator, or any member of the Metropolitan Police Department full opportunity to examine at any time during business hours:
(1) The location on the premises where game of skill machines are available to play; and
(2) The books and records of the licensee or applicant.
