District of Columbia Code Division IV. Criminal Law and Procedure and Prisoners. § 24-906.01. Grants for victims of crime and youth offenders.

The Office of Victim Services and Justice Grants shall, on an annual basis, provide grants to organizations to assist victims of crime and youth offenders in understanding and navigating the sentencing and set aside provisions of this chapter. Annual grant amounts shall be limited to funds included in an approved budget and financial plan.
