(a) Chapter 3A of Title 2, and its implementing regulations, shall not apply to the Authority.
(b) Subchapter IV of Chapter 5 of Title 2 shall apply to the Authority.
(c) Subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2, and the regulations implementing those provisions, shall not apply to the Authority.
(d) Subchapter IX-A of Chapter 2 of Title 2, and its implementing regulations, shall not apply to the Authority.
(e) Subchapter X of Chapter 2 of Title 2 shall not apply to the Authority.
(f) The Code of Conduct, as that term is defined in § 1-1161.01(7), shall apply to the Authority.
(g) The officers and employees of the Authority shall not be considered District government employees for purposes of subchapter II of Chapter 4 of Title 2, and the District of Columbia shall not be liable for any acts or occurrences of the Authority regardless of whether the Authority purchases insurance or whether purchased insurance covers any act or omission of an act.
