Whoever knowingly discloses, receives, makes use of, or permits the use of information
concerning a deceased woman or other person in violation of this chapter shall be
subject to a civil fine of not more than $1,000. Violations of this chapter shall be prosecuted by the Office of the Attorney General
or the Attorney General's designee in the name of the District of Columbia.
