District of Columbia Code Division I. Government of District. § 7-1408. Special certification and recertification procedures for certain individuals.

<This section is repealed applicable upon the date of the inclusion of the fiscal effect of D.C. Law 23-251 in an approved budget and financial plan by D.C. Law 23-251, § 201(a), March 16, 2021, 68 DCR 1234.>

Upon request from an applicant or enrollee who is hospitalized, disabled, elderly, or caring for a household member who is hospitalized, disabled, or elderly, the Mayor shall exempt the applicant or enrollee from any required face-to-face interview if the applicant or enrollee is unable to complete a face-to-face interview.
