The Secretary of the State shall make available for distribution the mail voter registration application form prescribed by the Federal Election Commission pursuant to the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, P.L. 103-31, as amended from time to time. 1 The secretary may make any changes in any forms required by this title which, in the opinion of the secretary, are necessary to cause said forms to conform to the provisions of applicable federal law.
