Connecticut General Statutes Title 8. Zoning, Planning, Housing and Economic and Community Development § 8-315. Discrimination prohibited in housing financed under this chapter

The municipality shall take all necessary steps to insure that occupancy of all housing financed or otherwise assisted pursuant to this chapter be open to all persons regardless of race, creed, color, national origin or ancestry, sex, gender identity or expression, age, physical disability or erased criminal history record information, as defined in section 46a-80a.
