Connecticut General Statutes Title 8. Zoning, Planning, Housing and Economic and Community Development § 8-154c. Regulations

The Commissioner of Housing is authorized to make and enforce reasonable regulations to effectuate the purposes of this part and to determine the allocation of state financial assistance herein provided for among the municipalities of the state on the basis of their respective needs.
